In 2004 Rachael Louw and husband Francois bought 22 year old Tomfoolery Serious Chocolate, with the vision of expanding it to include Rachael’s passion for creating beautiful specialty cakes and renaming their business Sweet Traders. Through hard work, long hours and dedication their dream has been realized, growing both their business and reputation throughout Orange County and beyond. With a small team of extremely talented and dedicated individuals, Sweet Traders strives to excel in service, quality, beauty, and taste.
